A Day of Splinters and Stumbles

Hail, friends. Bjorn here. Today, Britannia taught me a lesson in humility, or perhaps it just hates carpentry. I spent the better part of the day in a loop of glorious failure. Needed boards, so off to the North Forest I went. Couldn't find the path. Finally got there, my axe bounced off the trees like they were made of stone. Returned to the workshop empty-handed, stared at my lonely board, and my chisel felt like a child's toy. Rinse and repeat. My hands are sore, my pride is splintered, but my resolve is intact. Tomorrow, the trees will fear me. Or at least surrender a log.
