Just about wore my arm off at the forge today, trying to hammer out some decent plate gorgets. Must've ruined five in a row, the metal just wouldn't temper right. Finally gave up and took my last good one up to the Minoc smithy to sell, barely made a few gold for my trouble. Think I'll stick to mining iron in the mountains tomorrow; the forge and I need a break from each other.
