Well, I spent half the morning hauling a load of iron ore all the way from the Minoc mines to the Vesper forge, only to have that old grump Indira turn her nose up at my ingots. My back’s still killing me from the trip, and all I’ve got to show for it is five lousy gold pieces. Guess I’ll just melt it down myself tomorrow and see if the Britannia smithy has a better offer.
