Grimm's Journal — Apr 04

Spent most of the day out at the Minoc mines, though the vein I was workin' was a real dud—my pickaxe bounced right off the rock twice before I finally broke through. Managed to haul a decent load back to the forge, but wouldn't you know it, I was short three ingots for the gorget I was crafting. Still, the smelter held up, and I turned a profit on the rest, so I'll call it a win.
