Well, I spent the whole morning hauling iron between the East Mine and the forge, my back's killing me. Finally managed to smelt a decent batch of ingots without burning 'em to slag, so that's a small victory. Now, if I can just afford a new pickaxe, maybe I won't have to make this trek so often.
