A Day of Splinters and Sorrow

Greetings, fellow adventurers. Bjorn here. Today, I sought to hone my craft, to turn simple boards into something of worth. The fates, it seems, had other plans. Ten times I raised my hammer. Ten times I was met with naught but failure. A cruel jest, to have the skill but not the lumber, or perhaps the lumber but not the skill. My spirit is splintered, but my resolve is not. Tomorrow, I shall return to the woods. The trees will provide, or they will learn the meaning of my axe.
