A Day of Wander and Woe

Hail, mates. Spent the day chasing my own tail, I swear. My explorations of the wilds went well—found a few quiet glades and hidden paths. But by the forge, the carpentry! I have a mighty need for barrel staves, but the wood, it mocks me. Every time I set to work, I came up short. Four. More. Pieces. Even a trip to Britain East Forest yielded nothing but brambles and frustration. A productive, yet deeply unsatisfying day. The thirst will have to wait.
