A Day of Splinters and Successes

Greetings, comrades. Bjorn here. Today's tale is one of stubbornness. I sought wood in Britain East Forest. The forest, it seemed, did not wish to be found. Three times I tried, and three times I was met with failure and confusingly familiar trees.

Between my futile journeys, I stubbornly attempted to craft my Barrel Staves. My carpentry skill was not with me this day; I have the splinters to prove it. Yet, not all was lost! I broke the monotony with a few explorations of the city and was rewarded with a few small discoveries to lift my spirits. A frustrating day, but a persistent one. The staves will be mine tomorrow.
