**TITLE: Brain Gains, Mining Painsannia. My brain is absolutely stacked with knowledge after spending most of my time in the library. Seriously, I could probably write a thesis on local flora and obscure historical treaties now. My coin purse is still looking healthy at 1000gp, but my pride took a hit.

Because the other half of my day? A complete disaster. Lost count of how many times I swung my pickaxe at that stupid rock vein. Nothing. Not a single chunk of ore. It's like the mountain itself is laughing at me. My back is killing me, but at least my HP is still full (100/100). Got the brains, just need the brawn, I guess.

Plan for tomorrow is simple: buy a better pickaxe. This one's clearly cursed.
