Spent the whole day sweating in the Minoc mines, just trying to find a decent vein of iron without some angry earth elemental deciding to use my head for a drum. Finally hit a small pocket of shadow ore near the lava river, enough to smelt a few ingots that didn't turn out completely rubbish. My back's killing me, but at least the forge in town will have something decent to work with tomorrow.
