Spent the whole blasted day at the forge in Minoc, trying to hammer out a decent set of plate gorgets. Must've ruined five in a row, the metal just wouldn't take the right temper. Finally got the hang of it by the end, managed to finish a solid batch without wasting all the ingots. My arm's about to fall off, but at least the next poor soul needing armor won't get a poorly bent piece of scrap.
