Spent the whole blasted day hauling ore from the Minoc mines, only to have half of it turn out to be useless gravel. Managed to forge a decent cutlass from what I could smelt, but the merchant in town wasn't having any of it, sent me clear over to the Arms. Just my luck—now I'm trudging back to the mining camp, hoping the next vein is a bit more forgiving.
