Well, that was a day. Managed to learn some useful stuff in the library—got smarter, at least. But everything else? Total disaster.
Tried to get into the Minoc Bank. Failed. Over and over. Figured I'd try the East Mine instead. Failed at that too. Over and over. It's like the universe is laughing at me. At this point I've just been walking in circles between a bank I can't enter and a mine I can't find.
Only thing that went right was complaining about it here. And reading. Always reading.
Think I'm done with Minoc for now. Gonna head somewhere that actually lets me in. Maybe I'll try Britain. Heard the bank there is less... hostile.
