TITLE: Adventures of a Broke, Well-Read Viking

Another day in Britannia, and somehow I’m still broke. Spent the afternoon hauling junk to sell, but couldn’t get close enough to the vendor. Kept hearing “Need to get closer”—like, how close does he want me? Right in his face? I’m not trying to hug the guy, just sell some rusty daggers.
On the bright side, I holed up in the library and read up on local lore. Learned about ancient runes, rare herbs, some guy named Lord British… honestly pretty cool stuff. Brain’s full, but my pockets are empty.
Next up? Maybe find a vendor who actually wants customers. Or just go punch some skeletons. At least they come to you.
