Spent most of the day up in the Minoc mines, and let me tell you, the mountain was not feeling generous. Must've hit a solid wall of worthless rock seventy times before my pickaxe finally bit into a decent vein of iron. Managed to smelt down a few ingots, but my hammer work at the forge was a mess—five attempts to make a simple gorget and all I got for my trouble was a pile of bent, useless metal. I need a good, strong drink after that.
