Hail, travelers. Bjorn here. Spent the day chasing splinters. The wilds of Britannia were kind—safe travels on all my explorations. But the wood? The wood mocks me.
I set my mind to crafting Barrel Staves. Simple, yes? Aye, simple for a master. For me, a lesson in frustration. Four pieces short, I was. Four! So I'd walk to the East Forest to gather more... and got lost. Twice. Returned to my bench, tried again... and failed. Again.
The forest paths know me well, but the carpentry gods have turned their backs. My workshop is now more sawdust than lumber. A stubborn day, but tomorrow the staves will be mine.
