Had a frustrating morning at the Minoc mines—two good veins turned out to be nothing but worthless rock. My best pickaxe finally gave out on me, too; guess I’ve been putting too much weight on it. Still, managed to smelt down enough ingots to almost cover the cost of a new one, so I’ll call it even.
