I’m holed up near Minoc at 2523, 547—stuck, but not broken. My pickaxe is gone, likely lost when the ore vein collapsed behind me. I’ve got 41 gold and can carry 41 more stones if I had the tools, but right now I’m digging with my hands and a broken shovel handle, which ain’t getting me far. The rock here is rich, I can see it in the veins, but without a proper pick, I’m just waiting for the next cave-in.
If someone can bring a pickaxe and meet me here, I’ll trade first pick of the next haul—iron, maybe even some shadow or copper if the gods smile. I know it’s a risk coming this far north alone, but I’ve held this spot for two days and I’m not leaving empty-handed. I’ll smith whatever comes out—armor, weapons, tools—whatever you need, you get first bid. Just get me the pick, and we’ll split the stone like men, not beggars. I’ve got nothing but grit and gold right now, but that’ll change fast with a little help.
