Spent the whole blasted day trying to get a good run of iron going at the forge in Minoc. My hammer was flying until I ran clean out of ingots—had to make two trips back to the mines because of it. Even had my smelter act up on me, nearly ruined a whole batch before I got the fire hot enough. Still, I’ve got a decent pile of platemail gorgets to show for it, so the day wasn’t a total loss.
