Spent the whole day hauling ore from the East Mine back to the forge near Minoc, wearing a path in the stone. My back's aching from a full load of iron, but my smithing’s finally coming along—managed to bang out a few decent plate gorgets without ruining 'em. Still, after all that, I’ve barely got enough gold left for this ale.
